Bridges to Success is a weekly social program for young adults ages 18-24 with autism who require higher levels of support. The program focuses on life, recreation and social skill development that promotes community exploration and engagement. This program will help participants work towards their goals within the community by creating person-driven plans, developing participants’ social and life skills, and transitioning each participant, with support, into meaningful community-based social and recreational activities. Bridges to Success is a collaborative and supportive program that works alongside current support staff, the Bridges to Success Coordinator and Community Inclusion Facilitators.
