Only a few days into Camp 2, and already we are seeing some really great friendships at camp. Campers are socializing with other campers and are always looking for opportunities to play and hang out with each other :)
We are so happy we can't stop grinning! One of the best things about summer camp is the friendships that you make and we are so proud to see our campers' friendships bloom! Elizabeth PS: Check out our instagram @autismns_programs

The first week of our second camp has come to an end, but what an incredible week it has been! We went on Nature Hikes, did a wonderful science experiment making "ooblek" (a substance that is both a liquid and a solid), and had a visit from Little Rays Reptiles!
We had so much fun this week, we can hardly wait for week 2 to start!! We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! See you soon, Elizabeth PS: Check out our instagram @autismns_programs Well friends, Camp 1 has come to an end, but everyone had fun and made memories they won't soon forget! Week 2 was wonderful. Campers got to visit the lake and friendships strengthened as campers got to know one another more and play side by side.
This week, we hop, skipped, and jumped our way through the most amazing indoor playground, and had a fun vehicle visit from a police car, a race car, and a great big red fire truck! Everyone enjoyed sitting in the cars and listening to the demonstration by our friendly neighbourhood fire fighters. Thanks for reading and check back next week to see how Camp 2 is going! Our campers had a great time playing fun games and activities like freeze dance, indoor bowling, and birdhouse painting. Some campers got to experience the sights and sounds of the wonderful outdoors during their nature hike, and even hung up bird feeders they made earlier this week for the birds to munch on. The highlights of the week were our visit from Little Rays and some scaly reptile friends, and our trip to the Discovery Centre! We even got to see what dinosaur poop looked like!
